Jonesboro- Nina Lee Walker, 86, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Place.

She was born July 8, 1931 in McCrory to the late Ira Eugene and Augie Mae Lamberson Fink. Mrs. Walker was a bookkeeper. She was a member of the Nettleton Baptist Church and was a member of the Celebrate Recovery Program at the church.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Walker; a brother, George Fink; eight sisters, Glandene Cain, Geneva Taylor, Vanda Wetherspoon, Juanita Stallings, Hope Long, Pauline Perry, Jewell Chadwick and Stella Fink.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Ward (Scott) of Jonesboro and Rhonda Walker (Terry Ray) of Pearland, TX; three grandsons, Brian Crider of Nashville, TN, Steven Ward and Jeremy Ward both of Jonesboro; several nieces, nephews and in-laws.

A celebration of her life will be at 10:00 am at Nettleton Baptist Church with Dr. Stan Ballard officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 pm Sunday at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Brian Crider, Steven Ward, Jeremy Ward, Steve Holt, John Carmon and Huck Floyd.
