Nina Lee Conner, a resident of Oceanside, California, passed away very peacefully at Heritage Hills Memory Care at the age of 98, on Monday, October 14, 2019.

Nina was born October 28, 1920 in Noland, Arkansas to Arley and Lulu Conner Collins. When she married James Conner in 1960, they moved to California. Nina retired from the San Diego County Sheriff's office as a Sheriff Clerk and was a long-time member of Vista Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband and her siblings Glendon Collins, Claudia Barnett, Conner Collins and Jerry Collins.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Al and Anna Serna; three granddaughters and two grandsons-in-law, Rory and Shaina Hassold, Teresa Young, Bryant and Jesica Brown; four grandchildren, Ashjon Gella, Kendra Gella, Isabella Brown and Darby Brown. She also has left behind four nieces along with many great and great great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 11 am to 1 pm at McNabb Funeral Home with a funeral service immediately following at 1 pm. Joshua Dement officiating and daughter, Anna Serna doing the eulogy. Burial in Chesser Cemetery.
