Neta Fay Venson, 89, of Biggers departed this life on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, in Pocahontas.  She was born on June 10, 1934, to the late Angel Whittington and Elsie Whittington in Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Warren Venson.

She is survived by her son, Jimmy (Donna) Venson of Pocahontas; grandchildren, Audrey Venson Burtman of Pocahontas, Bryan Venson of Stillwater, OK., Laura (Larry) Carnes of Jacksonville, NC., and Dillon of Pocahontas; great grandchildren, Isabella Burtman of Pocahontas and Liliana Carnes of Jacksonville, NC.; sister, Theda McMillian of Springfield, MO.; nieces, Beverly Reynolds, Kathy Hampton, Debbie Moore and Tina Martin.

Visitation will be 11:00 – 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 29, 2024. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 P.M. with Jason Hampton officiating. All services will be held in the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. A burial will follow in Hite Cemetery.

Honored to serve as Pallbearers are Jason Hampton, Joey Moore, Tony Morgan, Dean Reynolds, Mike Godwin, and Ronnie Godwin.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jimmy Venson, Bryan Venson, Dillon Venson, Dennis Cook, and Bobby McMullin.
