Namara Takeij, 58, of Pocahontas departed this life on November 12, 2025, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Namara was born on April 10, 1967, in Ebeye, Marshall Islands to the late Takeij Makto and Nelin (Tommy) Makto.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother and one sister.

He is survived by his sons, Junior Takeij and Makto Takeij; he also leaves behind five brothers and sisters.
