Black Oak- Myrna Dee Kisner, 79, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2015 at her residence. She was born April 5, 1935 in Black Oak to the late Marvin and Lorine Armstrong. She was a homemaker and an active member of the Black Oak Church of Christ. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, who loved her family, church and enjoyed fishing and reading. She is survived by her husband, John Kisner; a son, Randy Kisner of Black Oak; four daughters, Particia Morgan (Roger) of Rineyville, KY, Deborah Foster (Gary) of Brookland, Terry Hawkins ( finance Larry Sutton) of Luxora and Tracey Moon (Wade) of Jonesboro; a brother, Dub Armstrong (Polly) of Black Oak; eight grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Ellen Tallent and Betty Armstrong. A celebration of her life will be 11:00 am Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Black Oak Church of Christ with Tim Bassing and Chub Qualls officiating. Burial will follow at Leachville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 pm, Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette and Wednesday, from 10:00 am until time of service at the church. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Roger Morgan, Wade Moon, Brandon Foster, Adam Foster, Chris Hawkins, Dawson Belcher and Ethan Moon. Lasting memorials may be sent to the Children's Homes of Paragould.
