Minnie Louella Scoggins of Drasco, AR, formerly of Harrisburg, departed this life on Monday, November 1, 2021, in Tumbling Shoals, AR, at the age of 86.

She was born December 19, 1934, in Harrisburg, the daughter of the late harry Scoggins and Mary Jaco Scoggins.

As a young lady she worked on farms chopping cotton and clearing soybean fields. She loved life and nature and caring for her family.  She was the glue that held them together.  She loved crossword puzzles and drawing and loved to cook.

She is survived by her daughter, Louveda Kelley of Drasco, two grandchildren, Robbie Scoggins of Tumbling Shoals, AR and Christina Pyle (Jed) of Floral, AR, seven great grandchildren and a sister-in-law, Viola Scoggins of Ft. Pierce, FL.  She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 6, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg.  Interment will follow in Bolivar Cemetery near Harrisburg.  Friends may visit at the funeral home Saturday, noon till service time.
