Pocahontas - Mina Horsman Hopkins, 105, passed away Monday, August 16, 2010 at Randolph Home. Born October 17, 1904 in Randolph County, she was a daughter of Newton and Isabella Fry Horsman. Mina was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Eric Horsman, Melbourn Horsman, and Wayne Horsman, two sisters; Ethel Horsman Rickman and Lora Horsman Morgan, nieces and nephews, and by her husband Lloyd Hopkins. She is survived by two nieces, Miriam Bailey of Randolph Home and Freda Welch of Elmcroft, and by several great nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to McIlroy Cemetery Fund; 1912 N. Park St.; Pocahontas, AR. 72455. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, August 19, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Dr. Grant Killion officiating. Mrs. Hopkins will be cremated. Visitation will be held Thursday prior to service from 12-1:00 p.m.
