Star City-Camille Dallas Rodgers, 89, passed away Monday, October 12, 2009 at Gardner Nursing Center. Mrs. Rodgers lived in Star City and Dumas for the past 9 years formerly of Caraway and Black Oak. She was born September 12, 1920 in Brookland to the late Harry and Effie Riggs. Mrs. Camille received her Master's Degree from A.S.U. in Elementary Education.
