Mickey Cissell, born July 30, 1940 in Bassett, Arkansas, passed away September 25, 2022 at home in Hot Springs. Mickey, AKA "TheToe" was a charming, witty man who never lost sight of his humble beginnings. He was an Athlete, (Arkansas Razorbacks), Farmer, FBI Agent, Public Servant, Banker, Small Business owner, Duck Hunter, Golfer and foremost, devoted to his family.

Left to celebrate his life are his wife, Sharon Cherry Cissell, children Lee Ann Dickens (Richard), Michael Cissell (Jamie), grandchildren Levi Cissell (Brittany), Annie Dickens (Andrew), Josh Cissell (Amber), and great grandson, Rogan Cissell.

Funeral services to be Monday, October 3, 11:00 a.m. First Methodist Church, Hot Springs, Arkansas.
