Michael Richard "Ricky" Wells, 76, of Pocahontas, formerly of Jonesboro passed away Friday, August 16, 2024, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.

Ricky was born February 17, 1948, to Elmer Richard and Cona Jean Wells in Randolph County.  Ricky was a master electrician and later returned to school and became an LPN.  He was an amateur photographer, loved the outdoors, enjoyed watching westerns, and was a golf enthusiast.  He was of the Jehovah's Witness faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jenia Wells; and his parents, Elmer Richard Wells and Cona Jean Wells Blue.

Ricky is survived by three sons, Sean (Erica) Wells of Las Vegas, NV, Jeremy (Amy) Wells of Fayetteville, and Teddy (Misty) Wells of Pocahontas; five grandchildren, Arturo Wells, Kala (Zach) Paschal, Rachel Worley, Michael Wells, and Alex Wells; five great-great-grandchildren, Oliver, Rory and Zoey Worley and Raegyn and Zaeleigh Paschal; two sisters, Rosa Welch and Becky Burris of Farmington, MO; two brothers, Charlie Reeves of Missouri, and David Reeves of Malden, MO; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2024, from, 9-11 AM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with a graveside service following at Old Union Cemetery at 11:30 AM with David Reeves officiating.
