In loving memory of Michael Eugene Partain

Michael Eugene Partain age 51, passed from this life on August 9, 2026, at his home in Truman, Arkansas.

He was born in Brinkley, Arkansas, where his passion for helping and serving others began. He loved to listen to the stories his grandfather told, as well as learning and seeking understanding from the older generation. He loved a good story!

He served as a police officer in Brinkley, Arkansas, as a highway patrol officer in West Memphis, Arkansas and was a Transportation Specialist for the United States Army. While in the Army, he served a year in Iraq. He had many other jobs he was proud to mention if you gave him a chance. He was a true one in a million Jack of all trades.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Brittany Ann Partain; his children: Leslie Partain, Justin Holmes, Tyler Holmes, Adam Holmes, Andrew Partain and Bradley Partain; his daughters Jenna and Abigail Holmes; his nieces, Whitney Zuck and Kala Wilson, who he also loved as his daughter's.

He also leaves behind many friends who loved him.

There will be a graveside service to celebrate his life at 10 a.m. on Friday August 14th, 2026 at the Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery at 3600 Hwy 163 Birdeye, AR 72324. The funeral procession will begin at 9 a.m. at the Gregg-Weston Funeral home Located at 510 S Illinois Avenue, Harrisburg, AR 72432.
