Mr. Chad Lindsey of Harrisburg departed this life on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at his home, at the age of 44.
He was born January 10, 1981, in Wynne, the son of the late William Clifford Lindsey and Betty Jo Loughary Lindsey.
Chad was a 2000 Graduate of Harrisburg High School and remained a die hard Hornet fan throughout his life. He farmed many years with Lindsey Farms and also worked with Massengill Farms ,Ruskin Packaging and at Refuge making duck calls.. In addition to his love for the Hornets, he was also an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks. He loved duck hunting and spending time with his children. His family said he had a great love and commitment to his Lord and church family as well.
He is survived by 4 children, Kaden Lindsey (Ali) of Brinkley, AR, Gus Hendrix of Harrisburg, Drake Lindsey of Harrisburg, and Abigail Lindsey of Harrisburg, 6 siblings, Donald “Chubo” Lindsey of Harrisburg, Sharon Neugebauer (Randy) of Harrisburg, Frankie Lindsey (Kathy) of Harrisburg, Bonnie Utley of Harrisburg, Paul Lindsey (Kathy) of Weiner, and Mark Lindsey (Leigh Ann) of Harrisburg, 3 grandchildren, Wilder Lindsey, Axton Hendrix, and Witten Lindsey, and Christy Pittman (mother of Drake and Abigail). He also leaves several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral services have been set for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23rd, at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg, with Brother Randall McDonald officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home, Sunday, 1:00-2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Farm Hill Cemetery. Those wishing to send memorials are asked to consider the Saved By Grace Ministry at First Assembly of God in Harrisburg.
Those serving as pallbearers will be Johnathan Sparks, Joey foster, Travis Birdsong, Adam Farmer, Robert Hervey, Noah Qualls, Lafe Weston, and Michael Story. Honorary pallbearers will be Aaron Davis, Justin Douglas, Bryden Kimble, Gavin Kimble, Payton Lenderman, Gunner Lindsey, Jacob Lindsey, Axel Sparks, Byron Lindsey, Craig Stringer, Jace Douglas, Lane Davis, Casey McNew, and Anthony King.
