Elm Store - Michael James Blissenbach, 45, of Elm Store passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at NEA Baptist Hospital.
He was born on April 1, 1972 in Cahokia, IL, son of James Wesley Blissenbach \u0026 Wanda Kitchen. He worked for the Arkansas Forestry Service, was a member of the Dalton Volunteer Fire Department, an alumni member of the Sloan-Hendrix Show Team, and was of the Free Will Baptist belief.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Herman \u0026 Bonnie Blissenbach; and one brother, Mark Blissenbach.
He is survived by his wife, Tamara Louise Blissenbach of the home; two sons, Michael Anthony Blissenbach and Jared Michael Blissenbach of the home; a future daughter in law, Allie Foster; one brother, Todd Aaron Blissenbach of Pocahontas; one sister, Maggie Kitchen of IL; a very special aunt, Joy Groves of Bellville, IL and many other relatives and friends.
Both services will be at McNabb Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM with Richard Todd officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Craig Brooks, Chuck Hogland, Mike Beaver, Darrell McGhee, Todd Blissenbach, Keith Sutton, Bryan Bailey, Phillip Huett and Warren Williams.
Honorary pallbearers: Daniel King and Kevin Wicker.
