Pocahontas - Mary Christine Gordon, 91, passed away Thursday, January 06, 2011 at Five Rivers Medical Center. Born October 22, 1919 in Birdell, AR to the late Henry and Nola Hufstedler. She is also preceded in death by first husband Glendon Collins, second husband John Gordon, three brothers; Howard, Eugene, and Norman Hufstedler and two sisters; Ruby Wolfe and Ivern Kincade. She is survived by her children; Shirley Simpson of Jonesboro, Billie (Louie) Ulmer of Paragould, Dianne (Frank) Harris of Paragould, John (Karen) Gordon of Fayette, AL, and Scott (Julie) Gordon of Noblesville, IN. 13 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, sister Imogene Romines of Pocahontas, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1-3:00 p.m. prior to service on Saturday.
