Jonesboro- Mary Nettles Goin, 99, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at St. Bernard Medical Center.

She was born April 23, 1920 in Monette to the late Jess and Lew Crowell Fleetwood. Mrs. Goin was an interior painter who loved to work and clean. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Norma Jean McElroy (Larry) of Jonesboro and Jim Nettles (Shirley) of Little Rock; grandchildren, Donna Barnes (Joey) of Leachville, Jeff Nettles of Little Rock, Tim Nettles of Memphis and Doug Harper (Jody) of Lucas, Texas; great-grandchildren, Josh Barnes of Leachville and Aubree Harper of Lucas and host of nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded by her husband, Roy Nettles; a son, Bill Nettles; a grandson- Dana Gale Harper and two brothers, Junior Fleetwood and Bill Fleetwood.

A celebration of her life will be 2:00 pm Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette with Rev. Jerry Reed officiating. Interment will follow at Monette Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from noon until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Josh Barnes, Doug Harper, Jake Gilley, Tony Eldridge, Sam Lee and Danny McFarland.
