Brookland- Mary Neoma Carter, 78, passed away Monday, December 17, 2012 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born on October 8, 1934 at Jonesboro to the late Herman and Lily Blalock. She lived in Bay until she was eight and her family moved to Jonesboro where she graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1952. She married Billy F.
