Bono- Mary Bernice Martin, 85, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2021 at NEA Baptist Hospital.

She was born June 1, 1936 in Shady Grove to the late James Fred and Belle Zora Burse Jennings. She was a healthcare giver and a member of the Clark's Chapel Baptist Church.  She loved cooking, gardening, quilting and spending time with her family. She was the first and last wife of Edward Martin.

She is survived by her children, Wade Martin, Jerry Martin and Judy Ann Martin; grandchildren, Christopher Martin, Timothy Martin and Lance Martin; a great-granddaughter, Hannah Martin and a sister, Jenice Combs and a niece, Shirley Wiltse and several other nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be at a later date.
