Mary Agnes "Midge" Baltz, who had a passion for painting, dancing, and baking apple dumplings and tea rings with her grandchildren passed away July 11, 2017 under the care of Hospice. She was 84.
Midge was born the July 23, 1932, in Trumann, AR to Charles and Mary (Horrell) Henning. She lived in Little Rock in recent years after raising a family in Pocahontas, AR with her husband Ray.
Midge was a caring and loving person to her husband, family and friends. She was a working mother while remaining active in church and children's activities. In her retirement years, she dedicated countless hours to her passion for painting for both her family and selected pieces for her church. She will always be remembered for her beautiful holiday table settings and perfect Thanksgiving turkeys.
Midge was preceded in death by her parents; husband Raymond C. Baltz; son Raymond Baltz, Jr; sisters Betty Mitchell and Catherine Sullivan.
Midge is survived by daughters Rosanna (Mike) Smith, Rebecca (Harper) Baltz, Melinda (Bellah) Baltz, Diana and husband Rick Gregory, Theresa and husband David Fender, Amanda and husband Mark Wilson; son Marvin Baltz; 15 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; brothers John Henning and Charles Henning.
The Visitation will be Thursday, July 27, 2017 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM followed by the Rosary at 7:00 PM at McNabb Funeral Home in Pocahontas, AR. The Funeral will be Friday, July 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Catholic Church with Father Vallapaneni Mariadass officiating. Burial in St. Paul\u0027s Cemetery.
A celebration of her life will follow after the funeral at St. Paul's Gymnasium.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St Paul's Catholic Church in Pocahontas, AR.
