Mary Alice Miller, 85, of Jonesboro, died Thursday, February 8, at Skilcare Nursing Home. Born in Jonesboro on November 18, 1921. She was a graduate of Arkansas State University; she worked for the US government in Denver before coming back to the Jonesboro area, where she was an elementary school teacher for the Nettleton Schools.
