Lake City- Martha Lee Surber, 58, passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 in Collierville, Tenn. Martha was a lifetime resident of Lake City and had only moved to Collierville to be near her sister. She was born December 4, 1952 in Monette. She was a member of the Refuge General Baptist Church and enjoyed painting and drawing. She retired from Wal-Mart.
