Mark Pleasant Donner, 50, of Pocahontas, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Mark was born December 9, 1972, in Sardis, MS to John Joseph Jr. and Linda Cates Donner.  Mark had a love for fishing and his grandbabies.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Cates Donner Marrone and grandparents, Lloyd and Grace Cates, and Marye Alice Donner.

Mark is survived by his wife, Lori Simington Donner; father, John Joseph (Linda L.) Donner Jr.; daughters, Traci Reed of Pocahontas, and Emilie (Dalton) Anderson also of Pocahontas; grandchildren, Faith and Dean Anderson, and Payton Reed; two brothers, J.J. (Tanya) Donner and Matthew (Deonne) Donner, both of Ravenden Springs; stepbrothers, Jody (Cammie) Sifford and Jeremy Sifford both of Pocahontas; special friends Ritt and Tonia Stevens of Ravenden Springs; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

All services will be held in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, July 6, 2023 from 5-7 P.M.  Funeral service will be Friday, July 7, 2023, at 10 A.M. with Matthew Donner officiating.  Burial will follow in McIlroy Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Dalton Anderson, Ritt Stevens, Jason Honeycutt, Jordan Green, Jody Sifford, and Caden Sifford.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Adams, Jeremy Sifford, Randall Deathrage, and Josh Deathrage.
