Jonesboro- Margree Lee, 89, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Jonesboro Healthcare. She was born August 3, 1927 in Jonesboro to the late David and Ozella Smith.Mrs. Lee was a member of the Brookland Church of Christ. She will be remembered as a loving mother, sister and grandmother. She is survived by her children, Robert E. Lee of Jonesboro, Shirley Davis of Brookland, Lena Winn and Ray Lee both of Bay and Carolyn Lee of Brooksfield, FL; a sister, Imogene Hicks of Paragould; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Junious "Red" Lee; five brothers, Bill Smith, Frank Smith, L. V. Smith, Junior Smith and Hall Smith and a sister, Pearl Murphy. A celebration of her life will be 2:00 pm Monday, August 29, 2016 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy Adcox officiating. Burial will follow at Lorado Cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon until 2:00 pm Monday at the funeral home. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Bobby Lee, Tony Davis, T J Davis, Scott Davis, Terry Brooks and John Allen Robbins.
