Margaret Ann (Monk) Nothwang, 91, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2026. Her devoted nephew Troy and wife MaryAnn were by her side.

She is preceded in death by her parents David and Edith Nothwang, brother David Jr. (Jean), sisters; Louise Wofford (Kenneth) and Mary Bearden (Troy).

She is survived by her cherished and lifelong friend Lucille (Luke) Wimpy whose invaluable help, love and support are greatly appreciated. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces, great nephews, and great nieces.

Margaret was a life-long resident of Jonesboro and a graduate of Valley View High School. She retired from Frolic after 40 years. Margaret was a member of Prospect Baptist Church; our gratitude to Pastor Mike Book who will perform a graveside service on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 1 pm in McDaniel Cemetery.
