Mrs. Margaret Keeney Neugebauer, of Harrisburg, departed this life Tuesday morning at the St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, at the age of 73. She was born January 29, 1937 in Harrisburg, Arkansas, the daughter of Aaron Keeney and Violet Taylor Keeney.
