Margaret Elizabeth Harkey of Judsonia, formerly of Harrisburg, departed this life on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at her home in Judsonia, at the age of 76.

She was born August 30, 1948 in Newport, AR, the daughter of the late Euil "Bo" Moldan and Lela " Jackie" Draper Moldan.

Margaret was a homemaker and loved to garden and cook. She also enjoyed taking care of her animals and raising kids.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles Ray Harkey in 2020 and one brother, Pete Moldan.

She is survived by four children, Patricia Potter and her husband Michael of Paragould, Gary Ray Harkey of Paragould, Terry Lee Harkey and his wife Kim of Harrisburg and Acea Taverna of Judsonia, one sister Mildred Hale of Judsonia, and 12 grandchildren.

A graveside funeral has been set for 2:00 p.m. Friday, at the Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Gregg-Weston Funeral Home of Harrisburg.  Friends may visit at the funeral home Friday, Noon till 1:30 p.m.
