Obituary

Marden Stafford Hueter, 77, of Warm Springs departed this life on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at his home.

Marty was born in Jonesboro to the late Charles Albert Hueter and Jo Abbott Crawford Hueter on March 1, 1947. Marty dedicated his life to service to his country serving in the United States Army and serving his community as a school superintendent, principal, teacher, deputy sheriff, city police officer, volunteer fireman, song leader, and teacher at the Brakebill Church of Christ."

Marty was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Hueter of the home; son, Marden (Ashlie) Hueter of Mountain Home; two grandchildren, Josie Marie Hueter and David Boone Hueter; brother Kerry (Jane) Hueter of Alabama. He also leaves behind his aunt and uncle Calvin Towell and Oralee Hueter Towell of Warm Springs.  He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, James Robert Jackson, Ronny Jackson, Gary and Diane Hagood, Keith and Kathy Wells, and Martin and Debbie Cates along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many friends.

There will be a graveside service at 12:00 pm on Saturday, January 25, 2025, with David Dalton officiating in the Brakebill Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
