Mrs. Lula "Lou" Kincaid of Jonesboro, formerly of Harrisburg, departed this life Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at her home, at the age of 81.

She was born August 21, 1936 in Grubbs, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Willie "Bill" McCoy and Jewell Springer McCoy.

She married L.C. Kincaid on February 3, 1961 and they enjoyed 57 years together. She was a medical assisistant and Pharmacy Technician for many years in Harrisburg and Jonesboro. She loved her community and always involved in activities with her kids and grandkids. She was very active with the Harrisburg City Youth and helped regularly in the concesssion stands. She worked with the American Legion and helped start the Annual Easter Egg Hunt. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Harrisburg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 5 siblings, Wesley McCoy, Lawrence McCoy, Morris "Buck" McCoy, Billy Joan Cox, and Etta Mae Boyd.

She is survived by her husband, L.C. M. Kincaid of the home, one daughter, Connie Lynn Philler (Glen) of Oklahoma City, OK, three sons, Randall Dean Kincaid of Oklahoma City, OK, Lawrence Craig Kincaid of Birmingham, AL, and Richard Allen Kincaid (Sissy) of Jonesboro, seven grandchildren, Michael Paul Yancey, Cody Allen Yancey, Morgan Kincaid, Zachary Kincaid, Matthew Kincaid, Artie Reams (Randi) and Michelle Skaggs, four great grandchild, Madison Reese, Sophia Reams, Marshall Reams, and Jayden Skaggs, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are set for 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg with Rev. Charles Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at Birdeye.

Friends may visit at the funeral home Thursday Evening, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
