Mrs. Lucy Eberhard of Harrisburg departed this life on Friday, March 7, 2025, at the Woodbriar Nursing Home in Harrisburg, at the age of 91.

She was born on January 11, 1934, in Arkansas, the daughter of the late Solemn and Julie Clark.

Lucy married Bill David Eberhard on September 21, 1953, and they enjoyed 54 years together before his death in 2007.  She worked for many years at the shoe factory and worked for Woodbriar Nursing Home for several years.  She loved working in the yard and making jams.  She loved to quilt and sew and had several other talents, including brick laying.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Alan Eberhard, and all of her siblings.  She is survived by four children, Bill Eberhard of Indiana, Steven Eberhard of Indiana, Julie Ament of Harrisburg and Kelli Eberhard of Indiana, 10 Grandchildren, and many, many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services have been set for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Mark Weston officiating.  Friends may visit at the funeral home Wednesday, 1:00-2:00 p.m.  Interment will follow in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery.
