Imboden- Louise "Toby" Stewart Rowsey, 92, passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at Five Rivers Medical Center in Pocahontas, Arkansas.

She was born on January 24, 1926 in Imboden, AR to Roy and Nettie Weir Stewart.

She was active in the Imboden United Methodist Church for most of her 92 years.

She was preceded in death by her son, Danny; her husband, Billy; her parents; one sister, Willene (Eugene) Jones; one brother, Jennings (Dorothy) Stewart, and one brother-in-law, Maurice Starr.

She is survived by her daughter, Debi (Mike) Hottel of Jonesboro; sister, Daphine Starr; daughter-in-law, Teresa Rowsey; four grandchildren, Billy (Starlia) Rowsey of Smithville, Danette (Patrick) Murphy of Imboden, M.C. Hottel of Jonesboro, Kati (Matt) Nixon of Little Rock; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 10-11 a.m. at the United Methodist Church of Imboden with a funeral service immediately following at 11 a.m. with Michael Dodson officiating. Burial in Hope Cemetery in Imboden. Arrangements under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
