Mrs. Lora Clem of Jonesboro, Arkansas, departed this life Saturday, May 24, 2013, at the Flo Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro at the age of 83. She was born January 18, 1930, the daughter of Amos Dobbs and Lula Oliver Dobbs. She retired from Wyatt's Cafeteria in Jonesboro after many years of service. She loved to quilt, sew, read and really enjoyed working in the yard and her flower beds. She remained active in yard work until just recently. She was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, Amos and Lula Dobbs, she was preceded in death by her husband Ossie Clem. She is survived by one daughter, Darlene Barnhill of Jonesboro, one son, Darrell Taylor and his wife Louise of Melbourne, AR, one brother, Troy Dobbs of Jonesboro, Three Grandchildren, Bridgett Davidson of Jonesboro, Johnny Taylor of Melbourne, AR and Wayne Kim Taylor of Melbourne, AR, Two Great Grandchildren, Ashlyn Davidson of Jonesboro and Scott Taylor of Melbourne, AR. Funeral services are set for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Gregg Langford-Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Terry Gage officiating. Interment will follow in Lawrence County Memorial Cemetery at Walnut Ridge. Friends may visit at the funeral home Tuesday evening, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
