Bigger- Lola McManners, 84, was granted her angel wings Saturday, August 23, 2014. Lola was born September 19, 1929 to the late Andrew and Grace Haskins Blackwell in Hamil, AR. Lola is survived by 3 daughters; Peggy Koons, Judy (Ernie) Carson, Geraldine (Mike) McMullin, 9 grandchildren Kim Carson, Shirley Contreras, Allan Carson, Chris Barber, Tonya Foster, Sandy Hawks, Tammy Robinson, Mark Godwin, Steve Godwin, 21 great grandchildren, brother Harold Blackwell, sister Betty Hufstedler and life long friend Faye Venson. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Gerald McManners, sister Trula Hand, Doris Slayton, brothers Lloyd Blackwell, Floyd Blackwell and Bill Blackwell, son-in-laws James Godwin and Floyd Koons. Services will be held Monday, August 25, 2014 at McNabb Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 p.m. with funeral service immediately following at 2:00 p.m. with Roger Hovis officiating. Burial will be in Hite Cemetery.
