Rochelle, IL - Lois Nevada Brown, passed away September 16, 2009 at Pine Crest Manor. Born June 10, 1928 in Pocahontas to the late Soula and Flora (Barnett) McNabb. She is preceded in death by husband, Johnnie Brown. Two grandchildren; Adam Brown and Jamie Herrmann. She is survived by daughter, Phyllis (Duane) Herrmann of Oregon, IL. Two sons; Danny Brown of Pocahontas. David (Kathy) Brown of Rochelle, IL. Eight grandchildren and Three great grandchildren. Sisters; Louise Davis and Lucille Sago both of Pocahontas. Brother, Mahlon (Betty) McNabb of Potosi, MO. And special friend, Joan Hayes of Kings, IL. Service will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home. Burial will follow to Chesser Cemetery with William Richmond officiating. Visitation will be held Monday from 5-7.
