Monette- Lloyd R. Perrin, 82, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2017 at NEA Baptist Hospital.

He was born December 22, 1934 in Swifton to the late Junie Garland Perrin and Linnie Dell Polston Perrin. Lloyd served his country proudly in the United States Army, where he worked on electric motors. He retired after working many years at General Motors in St. Louis. Lloyd enjoyed fishing, playing pool and playing cards.

He is also preceded in death by two sisters, Juanita Rogillio and Mardell LeBlanc and three brothers, J. R. Thomas, Frank Perrin and Billy Gene Perrin.

He is survived by a brother, Floyd Perrin of Ft. Worth, Texas; three sisters, Valdarene Smithee (Franklin) and Geneva Smithee all of Monette and Jewellean Fackler of East Peoria, Illinois; numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be 11:00 am Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Gregg Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Reed officiating. Interment will follow at Macey Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 Wednesday at the funeral home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Danny Fackler, Franklin Smithee, Brady Smithee, Leroy Smithee, Blake Smithee and Charles Thomas.
