Harrisburg- L. Dana Collins, 81, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Craighead Nursing Center. He was born July 18, 1929 in Chicago to the late Emerson Rosco Collins Jr. and Charlette Olsen Collins and lived most of his life in Harrisburg.
