Linda Sue Hagood Roberts, 84, of Jonesboro, departed this life on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at her home.

Linda was born in Los Angeles, CA to the late Ed and Irene Pitman Hagood. She was a retired schoolteacher from Westside School District in Jonesboro. She was a member of Nettleton Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Irene Pitman Hagood and husband, Don Roberts.

She is survived by her brother, Gary (Diane) Hagood; nieces, Amy (Dennis) Woodard, and Christy Hagood; great nieces and nephews, Corey Brown, Hunter Thompson, and Madison Rash; great-great nieces and nephews, Watson Rash, and Willow Rash; She also leaves behind many other relatives and friends, caregivers, Ginger Thetford, Katy Thetford, Shalene Thetford and Mary Tate.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Corey Brown, Hunter Thompson, Dennis Woodard, Mike Ulmer, Cory Godwin, and Adam Byrd.

There will be a graveside service held Friday, June 26, 2026, at 12:00 pm at Ingram Cemetery with Ligie Waddell officiating.
