Lillie Lara Elizabeth Smallmon, 80, of Pocahontas passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022 at St. Bernard's Five Rivers Medical Center.

She was born December 26, 1941 in Jonesboro to the late John Wesley and Ruby Lee Brown Gibson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Wesley and Ruby Lee Gibson; husband, Leamon Smallmon; son, Gary Smallmon; grandsons, Tyler Medlin, Michael Baker, and Nicholas Baker; great granddaughter, Serah Estes; three sisters, Virginia Oswald; Maxine Weldon, and Donna Meadows; two brothers, L.C. "Pete" Gibson and James Gibson; and two infant siblings.

Lillie is survived by her three daughters, Lori (Michael) Baker of Fayetteville, Victoria (Jimmie) Henderson of Walnut Ridge; and Rebecca (David) Hibbard of Pocahontas; six grandchildren, Elizabeth (Robert) Simpson of Walnut Ridge, Samantha (Logan Greenwood) Lovell of Jonesboro, Charles Lovell of Coeur D'Alene, ID, Cain Ripley of Pocahontas, Benjamin Ripley of Pocahontas, and Gabriel Ripley of Pocahontas; three great grandchildren, Kira Simpson of Walnut Ridge, Aiden Estes of Walnut Ridge, Lilith Simpson of Walnut Ridge, and one great grandchild on the way; two brothers, Larry (Brenda) Gibson of Maryland and Michael (Cindy) Gibson of Idaho; and many other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held December 8, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

Cremation has been chosen as the method of final disposition under the direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
