Leyman Ray Barber, 81, of Supply passed away Friday, October 2, 2020 at his home.
He was born September 6, 1939 in Bay to the late Marion Edward and Stella Collins Barber. He was a farmer and an avid hunter.
He was preceded in death by his parents; great granddaughter, Harper Ignico; four brothers, Woodrow, Archie, Bill, and Gene Barber; and four sisters, Clellie Brown, Margaret Mann, Bessie Bland, and Clevie Perry.
Leyman is survived by his wife of 62 years, Adena Ilene Bland Barber; two sons, Dennis (Lisa) Barber of Supply and Jeremy Barber of Maynard; one daughter, Sharon (Robert) Denton of Corning; six grandchildren, Chasity (Michael) Dean of Ohio, Jennifer (Brent) Ignico of Dalton, Chris (Samantha) Denton of Corning, Leyman Barber of Supply, Chad (Bridgette) Denton of Walcott, and Elizabeth Barber of Maynard; four great grandchildren and one on the way; one sister, Sue Nash of Pocahontas; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Graveside service will be Monday, October 5, 2020 at 2 PM at Nelson Cemetery near Reyno with Dr. Gary Gregory officiating under direction of McNabb Funeral Home.
