Cash- Leroy Daniels, 82, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017, quietly in his sleep.
He was born October 14, 1934 in Lepanto to the late Roy and Ruth Waters Daniels. He lived most of his life in the Cash area. He was a farm laborer his entire working life. He did venture into other short lived financial endeavors. He liked to gamble, never lost much, never won much. He was of the Baptist belief.
He is survived by a brother, Wayne Daniel of Jonesboro; his children, Ginger Smith (John) of Jonesboro and Jacob Daniels (Natosha) of Cash; the mother of his children, Wanda Wheeley; grandchildren, Jordyn Faith Smith of Jonesboro, Levi Robert Goff Daniels and Zoey McKenzie Renee Daniels both of Cash; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Cecil H. Daniels; very close friends, Cliff Webster and Jody Dean McGill.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Gibson Cemetery with Rev. Rickey Hart officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
