Caraway- Leota Marie Jones King, 91, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at St. Bernards Medical Center.

She was born June 5, 1929 in St. Louis to the late Arch and Wilma Lowery Jones. She was a seamstress and a longtime resident of the Middle Mangrum Community. She enjoyed gardening and loved her family. Mrs. King loved her Lord with all her heart and was a faithful member of the New Hope Baptist Church.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Edward King and a sister, Stella Wright.

She was survived by her children, Linda Cope (Ron) of Woodstock, IL, Kathy King of Caraway, Ray King (Cheryl) of Germantown, TN and John King (Leslie) of Jonesboro; a sister, Betty Foster of Caraway; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

A private family graveside service will be Sunday at Caraway Cemetery with John Calvert officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home.

All attendees must wear masks and observe social distancing guidelines.
