Maynard - Leona Starkweather, 76, passed away Tuesday at Five Rivers Medical Center. She was born September 11, 1932 in Attica, AR. To the late Mont and Willie Thomas. Two sons Michael and Kevin McGowan preceded her in death, along with one sister Shirley Anderson. Survivors include one daughter, Ann Sebastian of Toney, AL, two grandsons, Michael and Shawn Sebastian also of Toney, AL. One sister Larue Wilson Dundas of Pocahontas, AR. And brother Steve Thomas of Galveston, TX. Also a special friend, Robert Harris. A memorial service will be held Wednesday night at 6:00 p.m. at the Maynard Methodist Church with Tom Dillinger officiating. Funeral arrangements were made through McNabb Funeral Home.
