Jonesboro- Lenora Marie Lewis, 88, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021 at St Bernards Medical Center.

She was born January 23, 1933 in Paragould to the late John and Cora Lee Davis Slatton. Mrs. Lewis was a homemaker and a caregiver. She enjoyed sewing, embroidery and playing bingo. She was of the Church of Christ faith.

She is survived by her sons, Carl Lewis (Sue) of Washington, IL, Frank Lewis (Melba) and James Lewis (Lil) all of Morton, IL; a sister, Eva Coffey (Doyle) of Jonesboro; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Arvy Lewis; a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Lewis Kettle; three brothers and five sisters.

A celebration of her life will be 11:00 am Monday, November 8, 2021 at Gregg- Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ken Beaver officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 am Monday at the funeral home.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Tim Coffey, Gary Hinds, Shaun Lewis and Carl Lewis.
