Pocahontas - Lavonda Earlee White, 84, of Pocahontas passed away July 6, 2017 at Randolph County Nursing Home.

Lavonda was born February 1, 1933 in Randolph County, AR to the late Jack and Ola Bennett Morrow.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman "Funny" White; grandson, Ethan Tyler White; brothers, A.J. and Billy Morrow; and sister, Helen Morrow.

She is survived by her children, Elfreda Stone, Reta White, and Ammon "Buddy" (Nova) White. Grandchildren; Dustin (Kristen) White, Logan (Julie) White, Lauren (Davey) Ellis, Shannon (Carmen) Jacobson, Lee (Autumn) Jacobson, and Preston (Miranda) Griffith. Great grandchildren; Landen Gettings, Conlee White, Owen and Coralyn White and baby arriving any day, Jacque, Ava, and Ashley Jacobson, and Kaylee Griffith. Siblings; Brother, Bobby Morrow; Sister, Barbara Warner; and Sister in law, Jean Morrow.

Visitation will be held on Saturday July 8, 2017 from 10-11 a.m. at Mcnabb Funeral Home with a funeral service immediately following at 11 a.m. with Terry Miller officiating. Burial in Gravesville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Doni Martin Center or St. Jude.
