Harrisburg- Larry Winters, 65, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2010 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was the son the late Earnest and Dorothy Tibbs Winters. Survivors include a son, Larry Winters Jr. of Tulsa, OK; a daughter, Lori Winters Miles of Jonesboro; a sister, Doris King of Harrisburg and four grandchildren. Services will be private and under the direction of Gregg-Weston Funeral Home.
