Monette- Larry Ray Wallace, 82, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023 at St. Bernards Medical Center.

He was born April 28, 1941 in Black Oak to the late Esal Ray "Jeff " and Hazel Lavon Cason Wallace. Larry proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1961 until 1973. He farmed for several years and later went to work for Frito-Lay and Thomas & Betts.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Kay Pitts Wallace; his children, Kerrye Wallace of Monette and Keith Wallace (Pam) of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Derrick Anderson of Jonesboro, Calvin Wallace of Brookland and Carter Wallace of Fayetteville; a brother, Scott Wallace (Dena) of Cabot; a sister, Patricia Brown of St. Louis; great-grandchildren, KarLeigh Anderson, Elleigh Anderson and Brently Hill.

A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 29, 2023 at Monette Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Reed officiating. Interment will follow.

The visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette.
