Obituary

LaFaye Bishop Williams, of Memphis, TN, daughter of Mark and Oriole Bishop of Pocahontas, passed away peacefully in her home Saturday June 23. LaFaye leaves a sister, Jessie Mae Bishop of Pocahontas, Three daughters, Linda Sue Williams Johnson (Willard), Brenda Gail Williams Trimble (Rusty), and Melissa Diane Williams Nolan (James). Seven Grandchildren, Jessica LaFaye Johnson, John Wayne Hall (Stacy), Jennifer LaFaye Blackwell (Gregg), Heather Malone, Christina Malone (Nathan), Danielle Billett, and Harley Billett. She also leaves nine great-grandchildren, Skye Hall, Star Hall, Storm Hall, Sydney Blackwell, Caleb Blackwell, Alyssa Malone, Ariel Malone, Ethan Till, and Riley Ciancioso. LaFaye is retired from Trico Manufacturing. LaFaye has been a lifelong menber of Union Avenue Baptist Church and a cherished member of the Gleaners Sunday school class. She was also proud to have served in child care at the C.E.C. at U.A.B.C. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Sunday June 24 at McNabb Funeral Home. Services will be Monday 25 at 2:30 P.M. in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home, Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery alongside her love ones who have died before.
