Monette- Kenneth Randall Ryan, 55, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015. He was born August 1, 1960 in Jonesboro. He was a member of the Black Oak Church of Christ and a loving son, father and grandfather. He enjoyed Buffalo Island Central Basketball, fishing, and going to the lake. He loved his family and his dog, Toby. He was survived by his mother, Linda Qualls and her husband Chub; his children, Andrea Crawford (Tommy) and Amanda Schmehl (Adam) all of Leachville, Michael Ryan (Deanna) of Conway and Brittany Ryan of Monette; a granddaughter, Bailey Crawford of Leachville; a sister, Stacy Shelton (Ron) of Jonesboro; two nephews, Ryan Shelton and Reid Shelton both of Jonesboro. He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Ryan; grandparents, Kenneth and Blanche Collins; a grandson, Noah Cook. A graveside servicewill be 2:00 pm Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Monette Memorial Cemeterywith Jerry "Chub" Qualls officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm at Gregg Funeral Home in Monette. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Tommy Crawford, Mike French, Mark French, Adam Schmehl, Ryan Shelton, Reid Shelton and Gary French. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude's Children Hospital or American Diabetes Assn.
