Pocahontas - Kenneth Lavern Lemmons, 77, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Randolph Home. Born June 16, 1933 in Randolph County to the late Vernon and Uva Leona Lemmons. He is also preceded in death by brother Joel Lemmons. He is survived by wife Anna Lemmons of the home, daughter Lynne (Danny) Hogan of Pocahontas, son David (Jamie) Lemmons also of Pocahontas and three grandchildren; Katelyn Koons, Austin Hogan, and Mykala Lemmons all of Pocahontas. Sisters, Nancy Knotts and Leona Akin both of Pocahontas. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with Dr. Grant Killion officiating. Burial will follow in Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday night from 5-8:00 p.m. Pallbearers include: Austin Hogan, Ken Knotts, Joey Lemmons, Eric Turner, Jason Turner, and Rob Raglin, Honorary Pallbearers include: Amos Gates and Elton Fielden
