Ms. Kaylie Jordan Drum of Harrisburg, departed this life Friday, March 11, 2016, at the St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro, at the age of 22. She was born, October 11, 1993, the daughter of Mitchell Drum and Becky Cole Drum. Kaylie was a 2012 graduate of Harrisburg High School. She was an honor graduate and a member of the Honor Society. Following graduation, she attended a few years at ASU where she was active with the Alpha Omega Pi Sorority. She liked the outdoors and enjoyed swimming, camping, and hunting. She loved children and always had a child she was helping care for. Her dream was to return to school and be a counselor to help people. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Harrisburg. She is survived by her parents, Mitchel Drum of Harrisburg and Becky and Scott Edwards of Cabot, her son, Abel Kai Cruz-Yancy, her brother, Travis Drum of Harrisburg, and her grandparents, Wanda and Roy Drum and Edie and Jackie Cole, all of Harrisburg. Funeral Services are set for 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Gregg-Weston Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisburg, with Dr. Terry Tacker officiating. Interment will follow in Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home Sunday evening, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
