Jonesboro- Julie Corinne Smith, 83, died Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Craighead Nursing Center. She was born April 15, 1925 in Wiseman to the late Alex and Ruth Walker and had lived in Jonesboro for over 43 years formerly of Violet Hill. Mrs. Smith retired after 23 years with St. Bernards Medical Center as a Surgery Aide. She was a charter member of the Wood Street Assembly of God.
