Julia Ann Todd, 67, of Pocahontas passed away Thursday, July 23, 2026 at St. Bernard’s Five Rivers Medical Center.

She was born on a military base in Texas on January 11, 1959 to the late James Monroe and Saundra Jean Wenzel Powell.

Julia was preceded in death by her parents James and Saundra Powell; and by her sister, Juella Ellis.

She is survived by her son, Jimmy (Becky) Todd of Forrest City, AR; daughters, Ashley (Jeremy) Wimsatt of Ashland City, TN and Cynthia Carter of Lexington, TN; grandchildren, Savannah Thompson, David Wimsatt, Carly Todd, Vivienne Wimsatt, and Natalie Todd; and other relatives and friends.

Cremation has been chosen as the method of final disposition under direction of McNabb Funeral Home. No services are scheduled.
